FanForge provides AI-powered revenue optimization software for digital content creators. The Service includes analytics dashboards, AI chat assistance, automated campaign tools, and related features accessible via web application and browser extension.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
New subscribers on the Pro plan are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Annual plan refunds are prorated for unused months. No refunds are issued after the applicable window.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
FanForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Appligon Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 90 days, unless required by law to retain it.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment info), information from your use of the Service (usage logs, feature interactions), and data synced from connected creator platforms with your explicit permission.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (payment processors, cloud infrastructure), and only as necessary. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
